Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from either of two locations. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — nothing is deleted. If you’re considering a different plan instead of cancelling, see Plans Overview. Via My Plan Go to My Profile → My Plan → Cancel subscription → Follow the on-screen prompts. Via Billing Go to My Profile → Billing → Cancel subscription → Follow the on-screen prompts. When cancelling, you may be offered an extra free month to continue. After cancellation is confirmed, your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period. All your presentations and response data are retained.Delete Your Account

No. All presentations and data are retained when you downgrade to the free plan. You lose access to paid features, but your content remains safe.
