Your AhaSlides account settings let you manage your password, active sessions, subscription, and personal data. This page covers every account action from changing your email to permanently deleting your account.

Change or Reset Your Password

Open My Profile

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select My Profile.

Go to Change Password

Select Change password from the profile menu.

Enter Your Passwords

Type your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.

Save the Change

Click Update password. Your new password takes effect immediately.
If you signed up with Google or Microsoft, you may not have an AhaSlides password set. Email hi@ahaslides.com to set one.

Log Out from All Devices

Open My Profile

Click your profile icon and select My Profile.

Log Out Everywhere Else

Click “Log out everywhere else”.

Confirm

Confirm the action when prompted. All active sessions except your current one are terminated immediately.

Account Sharing Policy

AhaSlides accounts are personal. Do not share your login credentials with colleagues. Sharing an account can cause response data to be overwritten or permanently lost. Use team workspaces and collaborative editing features to work with others instead.

Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from either of two locations. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — nothing is deleted. If you’re considering a different plan instead of cancelling, see Plans Overview. Via My Plan Go to My ProfileMy PlanCancel subscription → Follow the on-screen prompts. Via Billing Go to My ProfileBillingCancel subscription → Follow the on-screen prompts. When cancelling, you may be offered an extra free month to continue. After cancellation is confirmed, your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period. All your presentations and response data are retained.

Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All presentations, response results, and account data are deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Open Account Deletion

Go to My ProfileAccount deletion.

Initiate Deletion

Click Delete this account, then select Continue deletion.

Confirm Your Identity

Enter your email address to confirm you want to proceed.

Permanently Delete

Click Delete account. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

Yes. Go to My Profile and update the email field with your new address. Save the change to apply it.
No. All presentations and data are retained when you downgrade to the free plan. You lose access to paid features, but your content remains safe.
