AhaSlides lets you customise the visual identity of your presentations with your own logo and a choice of over 250 fonts. Branding features help you maintain a consistent look for corporate events, training sessions, and client-facing presentations.

Custom Fonts

AhaSlides offers a library of 250 fonts that apply presentation-wide in a single click from the Style panel. Changing the font updates every slide simultaneously — no need to restyle individual text boxes.
Custom fonts are available on Pro and Enterprise plans only. On Free and Essential plans, the default font is applied and the font picker is locked.
To change the font for a presentation:

Open the presentation in the editor

Navigate to your presentation from the Dashboard and click to open it.

Click Style in the top toolbar

Click the Style button in the top toolbar to open the Style panel on the right.

Select Fonts

Click the Fonts section within the Style panel to expand the font picker.

Choose a font

Browse or search the list of 250 fonts and click the one you want to apply.

All slides update instantly

The new font is applied to every slide in your presentation immediately — no save step required.
Custom font uploads — adding your own font file — are not currently supported. Select from the 250 fonts available in the Style panel. If you need a specific typeface, check the library first; it includes a wide range of professional and display fonts.
Fonts on individual Content slides (static text slides) can be set independently. Select the text on a Content slide and use the inline text toolbar to override the presentation-wide font for that slide only.

Logo Management

By default, the AhaSlides logo appears in the corner of presenter and audience screens during your session. On Pro and Enterprise plans, you can replace it with your own logo. To add your logo:

Go to My Profile

Click your avatar or account name in the top-right corner and select My Profile.

Open Branding settings

Click Branding in the profile menu.

Upload your logo

Click Upload Logo and select your logo file from your device. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG. Recommended size: at least 200 × 200 px.

Save

Click Save. Your logo immediately replaces the AhaSlides logo on all your presentations — existing and future.
To reset to the default AhaSlides logo:
  1. Go to My Profile → Branding.
  2. Click Reset Logo.
  3. Your logo is removed and the AhaSlides default logo is restored across all your presentations.
Logo replacement is available on Pro and Enterprise plans only. On Free and Essential plans, the AhaSlides logo is displayed and cannot be changed.
