Customising Your Template

Once you have downloaded a template, every part of it is yours to edit. Use the accordion below to find guidance on common customisation tasks.
Click any slide in the slide editor to select it. The question text and all answer options become editable directly on the slide canvas. Click any field and type to make your changes.
Use the slide panel on the left side of the editor to manage your slides. Right-click any slide thumbnail for options to duplicate or delete it, or click the + button at the bottom of the panel to add a new slide.
Open the Style panel using the paintbrush icon in the top toolbar. From there, choose a preset theme, customise individual colours, change fonts, and upload a background image to match your branding.
Click the image placeholder on any slide to open the media picker. Upload an image from your device, paste a URL, or search the built-in image library to find the right visual for your slide.
Open the slide settings panel on the right side of the editor. From here you can set a countdown timer, toggle whether the correct answer is revealed after voting, adjust participant limits, and configure other per-slide options.
The template library is updated regularly with new content. Check back before your next session to see if a new template fits your needs better than building from scratch.
Downloaded templates are full independent copies stored in your My Presentations library. Any edits you make to your copy never affect the original template in the library, so other users always see the unmodified version.
