All AhaSlides payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card, apply discount codes at checkout, and download invoices from your billing settings. If you haven’t chosen a plan yet, see Plans Overview to compare your options.

Accepted Payment Methods

You can pay with any credit or debit card — including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards — processed via Stripe’s secure payment infrastructure. If you have an AhaSlides credit balance (from a plan downgrade, referral reward, or promotional gift), it is applied automatically at checkout. You can view your current balance on the My Plan page.
All charges are in USD. Your bank converts the amount to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

Applying a Discount Code

Go to the Pricing Page

Visit ahaslides.com/pricing and find the plan you want.

Click Buy Now

Select your preferred plan and billing cycle to proceed to checkout.

Find the Promotion Code Field

On the checkout page, locate the “Add promotion code” field.

Enter and Apply Your Code

Type your discount code and click Apply. The discount appears in your order summary before you confirm payment.

Complete Checkout

Review the updated total and complete your purchase.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, it is usually because your bank blocked the transaction as a precaution. Follow these steps to resolve it:
  1. Check that your card details (number, expiry, CVV) are entered correctly.
  2. Retry the payment.
  3. If it fails again, try a different card.
Contact your bank and confirm the AhaSlides charge was not blocked — banks sometimes flag unfamiliar international charges as suspicious activity.

Billing Information and Invoices

Update your billing details before making a purchase. Existing invoices cannot be amended after payment is processed.
Update billing information Go to your account → Billing settingsUpdate Information → Make your changes → Save. Download an invoice Go to Billing settingsInvoice History → Click the invoice you need → Select Download invoice or Download receipt. Update your billing address Go to My ProfileBilling Address → Enter the updated address → Save your changes.
AhaSlides is not GST-registered. Tax invoices are not available.

To request a refund, email hi@ahaslides.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
